Admission, Placement, Registration & Payment

STEP 1 -- Admission and Application: In order to be considered for admission to any ABI Intensive, prospective students must first submit an application by mail and include a deposit. The deposit amount is $100.00 which is payable by check to American Ballet Intensives. If you are applying less than 3 weeks from the first day of any program, you must submit full tuition payment at the time of application. Click here to download an application to print.

STEP 2 -- Acceptance and Placement: Notification of acceptance will be made by mail. You must receive an acceptance letter prior to registering for any intensive. Admission standards vary according to each program offered, and students who are accepted will be placed in an appropriate level according to age and ability. Placement of students is at the sole discretion of the artistic directors. Enrollment in ABI programs typically fill up quickly, so early applications are encouraged to guarantee a place.

STEP 3 -- Registration: Accepted applicants then need to mail a completed release form and medical information and emergency forms, and the tuition balance by the date specified on the acceptance letter. Click here to choose the appropriate forms for the intensive you are interested in.

STEP 4 -- Payments: Tuition balances may be made by check payable to American Ballet Intensives and mailed to 23 Trinity, Irvine CA 92612 or pay tuition here through paypal--a 3.5% transaction fee applies .
