Ballet Technique - 1 ½ hour technique class daily with live piano accompaniment. The aim of this class is to introduce students to correct placement, alignment, turn out, balance and control while increasing the student’s technical and musical proficiency.

Pointe - Designed to strengthen and fine-tune each student’s pointe technique, an emphasis is placed on postural alignment, turnout, balance and control to help students in navigating particularly challenging technical situations.

Pirouettes - This class discusses and demonstrates the various theories of turning. Students are encouraged to find “their way” of turning by learning concepts that they can make their own.

Pas de Deux - This class explores the art of partnering and is taught with male partners.

Variations - Variations are taught and coached from the classical repertoire.

Repertoire - An excerpt from a ballet is taught from the vast classical repertoire

Modern - This class explores contemporary movement forms that are now significant part of the professional ballet company repertoire.
